Cath   I had the pleasure of joining an all-day portrait drawing group at the Williamson art gallery run by the Liver Sketching Society in Liverpool - Saturday 16th November. They had a lovely young lady sitting for them - Cath - for the day from 10.00am till 4.00pm - sitting in slightly different positions - and anyone could call in and do a bit of drawing at any time. I enjoyed being there for four hours!

I managed to do two drawings. I'm not pleased with this first one. Got her jaw-line and cheek wrong. Will be doing some more work on it.

I had another go at drawing Catherine today using the third photograph! Really enjoyed myself. I thought this was the best and most inspiring view of her. I'm feeling quite pleased with it. Took just over three hours.
