This is one of the very few drawings I've tried to do of myself, using a mirror! Have you ever tried to draw yourself through a mirror? You don't realize it until the drawing is finished - but you get that searching, staring look back out at you! If I tried to look natural - or even put on a slight smile - I'd have to change to that expression every time I glanced at the mirror! Anyone observing me while I was drawing would think I was bonkers!
